23 Natural swimming pools – the green way to fend off summer heat

With the run of triple-digit temperatures we’ve been experiencing lately, it’s only natural that our minds would wander to the image of lazy days hanging by the cool, clear water of a swimming pool. But sometimes the reality of stinging, asthma-inducing chlorine and constant water maintenance can cloud the idyllic image of the family gathered poolside. The DailyGreen.com says that natural swimming pools are all the rage in Europe and are growing in popularity in the U.S. These self-cleaning ecosystems don’t require chemical treatments and rely on an adjacent water garden to act as a bio filter for the pool.

A natural pool with be great but I wonder how much it would cost and I doubt the garden can clean it thoroughly. I think it still needs maintenance maybe using a polaris 280 pool cleaner to clean it up.

I saw a video about these pool ponds. I think it's great that they basically take care of themselves. I wonder if you can put pool lights in them. That would be a cool effect.

Summer is here, and individuals are going to want to cool off. A natural pool will be one of the coolest idea to get on to. But a lot of people will be getting out portable kid-size swimming pools for their youngsters to cool off in. However, safety professionals are admonishing moms and dads to be mindful because those mobile pools pose a greater danger than several know. I read this: Kid-size portable swimming pools pose significant drowning risk.

Having a pool will always put this problem to rest. When you can easily jump in your pool to cool off, it is the best feeling in the world at that moment. A natural pool sounds like a great thing to have. My question is how do you clean this type of pool? I'm not a person who likes to manually clean my pool. My current pool contains a pool in-floor cleaning system that automatically cleans my pool for me. I wouldn't want to have to go back to using robotic cleaners.

Everyone wants to enjoy swimming in summer and giving preference to natural swimming pool will be an added advantage. We also get an awesome green surrounding which is always good for health.

Once you have your natural swimming pool you really need some cool pool toys. Personally I'm partial to water guns.
