Design like you mean it
Many times a remodeling project is one where you're comfortable with the scope of the project and go straight to hiring a contractor to get the job done. But what about those times when you think, it sure would be nice to be working with an architect on this one. Maybe it involves significant changes to the roof line or structural changes to the foundation. Whatever the case, there are times when the smart thing to do is involve an architect.
