Everything old is new again
Back in the day, America was an agrarian society. Living the rural, country life was the norm. Then came the industrial revolution and the tech revolution, and the number of city dwellers boomed. The demand for new farm houses has been dwindling ever since…until now. Perhaps as a result of the recession, more and more people are moving back to rural areas to be more self-sufficient. This so-called ruralpolitan trend has shown a 10% increase in housing demand in some rural markets. Better dust off your boots, folks.
