Here's a real newsflash. Many of the trends we saw in green building in 2009 will continue in 2010, and we'll likely see more growth in this area. Oh really? Okay, so yes it goes without saying, but where is green building headed in 2010? Simply more of the same? Or are there some new things builders and prospective home buyers should be on the lookout for?

What follows is a list of ten potential trends we'll see in green building this year put together by the nonprofit group Earth Advantage Institute. As you'll see, they are predicting further refinements in green building and for green building as an industry to continue to grow.
