It's not like it's time to hold your breath or anything, but this next post has some encouraging news concerning housing prices in the Central Texas area. Austin and San Antonio are in the top five cities nationally that are predicted to see home prices start to rebound the soonest.

It's no secret that through all of the really bad news concerning the housing industry, Central Texas was not as hard hit as other parts of the country. And, consequently, we'll be able to rebound quicker. 2009 will in all likelihood be a "wait and see" atmosphere. But starting in 2010, due to predicted continued job growth in our area, housing prices are expected to be back on the upswing.
