Using insulating concrete forms for wall construction is a proven technology that's strong, durable and very energy efficient. Basically, you have a polystyrene foam form that you pour concrete in from above. And since the polystyrene has such good insulating qualities, hey, just leave the form on. The ICFA (Insulating Concrete Forms Association) reports that the industry is strong and use of ICF is growing rapidly.
