Is it time for a more modest house?
The U.S. economy, being what it is, has various experts all weighing in with their opinions and predictions as to how the downturn will effect the home construction market.
On the one hand, there will be some that just can't afford a new home; thus demand will be down. On the other hand, some are predicting that for a QUALIFIED BUYER the soft market and low interest rates make it the right time to consider buying a new home.
