Thinking about building a new home? If you are, you've probably given some thought to going green in some form or fashion. And that's a good thing. Just be sure when talking with your builder that you also ask the right questions about indoor air quality.

With today's newer, green construction techniques, homes are more airtight than ever before. They don't let heat or cold in or out. But if you don't have proper air exchange, toxins emitted from many of the building materials and components in your new home are trapped and recycled with nowhere to go.
