NAHB says housing affordability the highest in 20 years

Recent survey results released by the National Association of Homebuilders showed that nationwide housing during the fourth quarter of 2010 is the most affordable it has ever been since the Housing Opportunity Index began two decades ago.

While this is good news for consumers looking for a deal, homebuilders facing tight credit conditions are feeling the crunch.
