When's the last time you've been up in the attic and checked out the condition of your HVAC duct work. I know; probably not real high on your priority list.

Well, you might be shocked at the amount of air loss taking place if your home has a typical HVAC attic install job.

If you're considering a remodeling project that you can do to improve your home's energy efficiency, this would be a great one to have near the top of the list. Even if you can't afford a total overhaul, you should at least do what you can to seal where the duct work meets up to the air handlers.
