Online Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3

1. Build Your List

Create a Materials List for your project. As you browse McCoy’s online catalog, you can add items to your Materials List. Don’t forget to choose your home store for store-specific availability. And if you’ve signed up for our free Online Services you can select your McCoy’s credit account for additional pricing options.

Don’t forget, you can submit or resubmit your Materials Lists later if you save them to your free My McCoy’s account. With My McCoy’s you can personalize your experience on mccoys.com, activate McCoy’s free Online Services to view and pay invoices online, create and save Materials Lists for all your projects and more.

2. Place Your Order

Once you’ve created your Materials List, click the “Place Your Order” button to notify your local store that an Online Order is ready for processing. You’ll need to provide your contact information (name, phone, e-mail) so that your store team can contact you to arrange for pickup or delivery.

3. In-Store Pickup or Delivery

A store representative will contact you within one hour to confirm product availability and schedule your pickup or delivery. Please note that on orders submitted after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or after 4 p.m. on Saturday, a store representative will contact you by 8 a.m. the following business day. For orders submitted on Sunday, a store representative will contact you by 8 a.m. the following business day.
