The Bar-B-Que Cook-off and concert will be held in the parking lot of Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Saturday, January 31. From 10 a.m. until midnight, folks will be able to enjoy the aroma of Texas BBQ as more than 200 teams face off in this culinary challenge, y’all. There are plenty of activities for you and the kids, including vendor booths, live music and all the free BBQ you can eat. Finish off the evening with a live performance by country music star Mark Chesnutt. Proceeds go towards rodeo scholarships.
