McCoy’s Building Supply to sponsor world champion cowboy Joe Beaver

SAN MARCOS, Texas—McCoy’s Building Supply announced today that it will be an official sponsor of eight-time Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association world champion and Pro Rodeo hall-of-fame member Joe Beaver.

A champion breakaway and tie-down roper, Beaver hosts roping clinics all over the world to train the next generation of rodeo stars. He publishes a journal of his clinic and competition travels on his Web site, www.joebeaver.com.

“The talent out there is just incredible,” Beaver says. “I’ve seen more talent this year than ever, I think. It seems like there are three to four people at each school that really stand out. I am sure that I will be seeing their names again. I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed all the schools and private lessons this past year.”

As part of the sponsorship agreement, Beaver will help McCoy’s showcase their farm and ranch product line, including official PRCA rodeo equipment from Priefert Manufacturing.
