McCoy’s hosts family focused community event

SAN MARCOS, Texas, June 6, 2011—On Saturday, June 18, McCoy’s Building Supply will host McCoy’s Family Day, a free event filled with family-friendly activities.

Family Day events will take place at four McCoy’s locations across Central Texas including Belton, Georgetown, Manchaca, and San Marcos. The event is being hosted in response to the commited.net campaign, Love Is Here, a program with the goal of fostering healthy, lasting marriages and supporting the family.

Family Day is open to the public and free. Activities include interactive games like jousting and bouncy houses, World’s Best Dad trophy building, archery for all ages and more. Parents can also take advantage of on-site contractors and professional builders to get advice for their honey-do lists and building projects.
