Supply Card Terms & Conditions

Activation Required**No value until activated by cashier.

• Your Supply Card may be used to purchase merchandise at any McCoy’s Building Supply.
• This Supply Card has no implied warranties and is not a credit card.
• This Supply Card may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to your in-house credit or McCoy’s credit card account.
• When you make a purchase with your Supply Card, your receipt will show your remaining balance.
• Please safeguard your Supply Card. It is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged, and the bearer is responsible for its loss or theft.
• Your Supply Card will expire after five years of non-use. Adding value to the card constitutes activity.
• After one year of inactivity, a monthly dormancy fee will apply. The fee will be 2.25% of the total balance at the time of dormancy.
• Use of this card constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

To check the balance of your Supply Card, see a McCoy’s sales associate or click here and give us your name, email address, and the complete 16-digit number from the back of your card. Your Supply Card is required for all inquiries.
