Free Battery Recycling at McCoy's

McCoy’s Building Supply has joined the Call2Recycle program, hosted by the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC). Through this program, McCoy’s is accepting rechargeable batteries and old cell phones for proper disposal and recycling.

Nickel cadmium, nickel metal hydride, lithium ion, and small-sealed lead rechargeable batteries are commonly found in many portable electronics used in businesses such as cellular phones, laptop computers, two-way radios, bar code readers and portable printers. Rechargeable batteries are also found in household electronics such as cordless telephones, cordless power tools and camcorders. When the battery is no longer rechargeable, consumers can now recycle it at McCoy’s.
