Fraud Hotline

We hope none of our McCoy’s team members are responsible for fraudulent actions, but if you see something that doesn’t look quite right, we ask that you let us know.

If you have knowledge or suspicion of fraud committed by an employee of McCoy’s, the Loss Prevention Department will investigate and may report it to the proper authorities if necessary.

To report fraud, phone our office at (512) 395-6680 or send an e-mail to fraud@mccoys.com. Please be prepared to provide the following:

• Your name;
• Your phone number;
• A complete description of the alleged fraud;
• Party or parties involved, if known;
• Dollar amount, if known; and
• Any other information you believe may assist in our investigation.

At McCoy’s, safety and security are two of our highest priorities. We’re keeping a close eye on our stores and the surrounding area and welcome our customers to join our neighborhood watch.
