Covid-19 Update

A Message from our President and CEO

To our McCoy’s Customers,

As an essential retailer and supplier to the communities we serve, McCoy’s is committed to serving our customers and communities as we always have during crises and natural disasters.

We continue to adjust as needed to serve you and our communities while working to maintain social distancing and slow the spread of COVID-19.

We’ve made the following safety and shopping changes this year to continue our business as safely as possible:

  • Easily place an online order at You can choose to pay online or pay when you arrive to pickup your order. The store will notify you when your order is ready.
  • Online orders can be picked up curbside or in the lumberyard. Pull up to the green and yellow sign that says Online Order Pickup, and we’ll get you loaded.
  • Have it delivered. Add local delivery to your online order at checkout or when purchasing in-store.
  • Let’s all cover up. Team members are required to wear face coverings while working. We encourage customers to also wear face coverings while shopping at McCoy’s. We ask that customers and employees practice social distancing which includes maintaining a minimum 6 ft distance between others.

Thank you for trusting in McCoy’s to be a part of your life and work.

Employee Health Update

Our customers and employees' health and safety are our top priority. As we enter another phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to be vigilant and transparent about cases in our stores. The information provided below includes which stores have had positive COVID-19 test results and the number of employees who tested positive. When an employee tests positive, the entire store is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and any additional employees that were at risk for exposure are notified by their Manager, Regional Manager, or a Benefits/People Development team member.
