What Happens When I Schedule a Delivery?

We’ll give you a call to let you know that we’re on our way. Once we arrive at your job site, we’ll review your delivery ticket with you to make sure all your materials are included in the delivery and collect any payment due. Finally, we’ll unload your delivery and pull the banding from the materials if you’d like.

How Do I Track My Delivery?

When scheduling your delivery with the store, give them your email or cell phone number and request delivery tracking. We will send you an email or text to track your delivery in real time once it heads out. When the delivery driver starts your delivery, you will receive a message with a tracking link. This will have the delivery day, time, and status of the delivery. You’ll get a notice when your delivery arrives. And we won’t just tell you – we’ll show you! Through the tracking link, you’ll have access to see images of the delivery and a signature of the person who signed for it. Check out what it looks like below.
