Each morning McCoy’s store teams are up with the sun, loading our trucks for deliveries to homes and job sites in our communities. With over 400 trucks in our fleet, McCoy’s offers one of the most responsive delivery services in the building supply industry. McCoy’s delivers on time—your way—straight to the job site. You can even track your order in real time!
We’ll give you a call to let you know that we’re on our way. Once we arrive at your job site, we’ll review your delivery ticket with you to make sure all your materials are included in the delivery and collect any payment due. Finally, we’ll unload your delivery and pull the banding from the materials if you’d like.
When scheduling your delivery with the store, give them your email or cell phone number and request delivery tracking. We will send you an email or text to track your delivery in real time once it heads out. When the delivery driver starts your delivery, you will receive a message with a tracking link. This will have the delivery day, time, and status of the delivery. You’ll get a notice when your delivery arrives. And we won’t just tell you – we’ll show you! Through the tracking link, you’ll have access to see images of the delivery and a signature of the person who signed for it. Check out what it looks like below.
Whether you order online for pickup in store, schedule a delivery, or shop in person, McCoy’s is ready to serve all your building supply needs.
