McCoy’s Corporate Headquarters houses departments which support the daily activities of 87 stores, 3 distribution facilities, and two door manufacturing plants. An internship at McCoy’s provides real-world experience in the corporate environment, an invaluable advantage for any business student.
Paid Internship
This internship consists of up to 240 paid hours of work at McCoy’s Corporate Headquarters in San Marcos and will fulfill the requirements of your specific major. Most departments follow 8am-5pm office hours on Monday through Friday and will work around your class schedule. Students tend to average 14-16 hours per week during this semester of the internship.
Internships may be available in the following departments: Human Resources, Program Buying, Replenishment, Marketing, Strategic Sales, Finance, Credit, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Training & Development, Risk Management, Store Planning, Estimating, Facilities Management and Fleet Management.
