Interested in Becoming a Leader at McCoy’s?

With 86 stores across three states, the opportunity to learn and grow with McCoy’s is endless. Our Management Development Program is a training program for individuals who are passionate about the building supply industry and interested in joining our management team. Candidates must have a solid work history, preferably in a retail setting. Previous management experience is a plus but not required. 

This Paid Program Includes:

Classroom Instruction and Skill Training

Training provides information and direction for the many day-to-day tasks of managing a McCoy’s store. Trainees also learn about the culture and principles that form the foundation of our company.

On the Job Training icon

On the Job Training

Trainees put instruction into action on the job. Skills practice takes place at the home store of the trainee or at a McCoy’s store close to where the trainee was hired.
