Need to get in and out quickly? While we love to see you, we know that you are busy building your next project. That’s why our buy online, pick up in-store option helps you save time. Whether you’re busy cutting lumber at the jobsite and need a new table saw blade or trying to get that toilet fixed and realized you need to replace the flapper and other parts, quickly add what you need to your online cart, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. We can even deliver!
Buy Online
Create a cart and place your order. Don’t forget to choose which store you will be ordering from to see store-specific availability. Shop using your My McCoy’s account for access to project lists, previously placed online orders, and to use your military discount if eligible. You’ll need to provide your contact information (name, phone, email) so your store team can let you know your items are ready or if there’s a question (ex: arranging a delivery).
Pickup In Store
You’ll receive an email from McCoy’s when your order is ready, and it will tell you where to pick up your order – either inside at customer service or outside in the lumberyard. You can pick up your order in-store at the customer service desk or curbside by giving us a call. If you are instructed to go to the lumberyard, pull into the yard and stop at the stop sign. A yard employee with be with you shortly to complete your order.
If you choose to pay in the store, one of our team members will contact you to confirm your pick up time.
