Bane Phillippi Named Vice President of McCoy Corporation

McCoy’s Building Supply recently announced the appointment of Bane Phillippi as Vice President and General Counsel. Phillippi had previously served as the company’s General Counsel since August 2017.

Phillippi, a graduate of Texas A&M University and Baylor University School of Law, has over 18 years of experience in transactional, regulatory compliance and litigation matters.  In his new role, Phillippi will be responsible for all facets of the Legal and Risk Departments at McCoy’s and will serve as a member of the Executive Team. “At McCoy’s, it’s about the people and I’m excited to join a dedicated group of leaders that understands that,” said Phillippi. “I look forward to fostering the company’s legal, risk and regulatory compliance capabilities.”
