Canopy® PRO house wrap is a code-compliant water-resistive barrier engineered for both durability and affordability to enhance the performance of residential wood framed exterior wall assemblies. The polypropylene woven core protects against bulk water intrusion and reduces airflow through sheathing gaps and wall transitions. An exterior polyolefin coating guards against UV degradation allowing for full-sun exposure up to 180 days. When installed tightly over exterior sheathing, Canopy® PRO House wrap helps prevent mold growth and rot by holding back bulk moisture while also allowing water vapor to exit walls through micro perforations.
