McCoy's Building Supply is a family-owned business that has been supporting professional homebuilders, remodelers, DIY enthusiasts, and the farm and ranch community for more than 90 years. With 85 locations across three states, we also operate two millwork facilities and distribution centers to serve our customers effectively.

Benefits and Opportunities

All McCoy's stores are open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm and from 7am to 5pm on Saturday. With a few exceptions, our headquarters staff work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. While we serve customers six days a week, we are always closed on Sundays. Eligible employees receive vacation time, 401K, medical benefits, and flexible scheduling with evenings off.

There are many opportunities to grow your career at McCoy's. Management Trainees spend time in a paid program, alternating between classroom and in-store training to learn the basics of managing one of our retail stores. Other employees may be interested in pursuing opportunities at our corporate headquarters after working at a retail location.
