McCoy’s Building Supply Primed to Open New Store in Alvin, TX

McCoy’s Building Supply announces plans to open a retail location in mid-2017 on FM 517 near the intersection of State Highway 35 in Alvin, TX on 8.6 acres of land.

McCoy’s currently serves the Alvin community primarily from a location in Pearland and has nine locations in the greater Houston area. “Alvin is not currently served by a building material dealer that can provide for the professional and the homeowner the way we do,” explains Real Estate Manager Phil Hutchinson. “McCoy’s looks forward to serving builder, remodeler, DIYer and farm and ranch customers in the Alvin community.”

Construction has begun on the new facility, which will feature 18,000 square feet of retail space and a 21,525 square foot lumber drive-thru with a concrete paved parking lot.
