McCoy’s Primed to Open New Location in Houston Area

McCoy’s Building Supply announces plans to open a retail location in early 2014 on Hwy 146 at the intersection of Brown Road in Dayton, TX.

The company felt it was the perfect time to explore the area northeast of Houston because of recent economic development and the optimistic spirit of the community. The Dayton Community Development Corporation’s website boasts a steady growth rate and many young families eager for economic expansion.

The nearby Baytown and Cleveland McCoy’s stores have experienced the growth in the area firsthand. “Our delivery trucks nearby were making trips to Dayton every day,” explains Real Estate Manager Phil Hutchinson. “Since we’ve already been serving the residents of Dayton, we are excited to officially become part of the community.”
