- This plywood has an A grade on the front and a 2 grade on the back; a C grade allows unlimited pin knots and small burls, can contain up to eight repaired or sound knots up to 1/2 in diameter; allows unlimited mineral streaks and vine marks; a 2 grade can contain up to 16 sound tight knots not exceeding 3/4 in diameter and can contain repaired knot holes, rough cut veneer, and mineral streaks
