Ancra's 20 ft L x 2 in W two-ply tapered loop eye-to-eye lifting sling combines high-strength polyester with durability for a lightweight alternative to chain or wire rope. The double-ply polyester material provides double the strength capacity of our standard single-ply slings for vertical, choker and basket configurations, while also stretching less than nylon and having great moisture resistance. Tapered loops provide a better choke hitch with the eye-to-eye design and they have been reinforced at the bearing points to prevent wear and extend the lifespan of the lifting sling. To increase durability and reliability, a protective wear sleeve has been added. The double-ply lifting sling complies with WSTDA WS-1-Type IV wrapped bearing point web sling standards and includes a visible blue polyester marker thread and industry compliant WSTDA tri-lingual sewn warning tags with a permanent placard affixed to webbing. The lifting sling has the following standard capacities for the three sling variants vertical 6200 lb, choker 4950 lb and basket 12400 lb.
