Scotts® turf Builder™ grass seed high-traffic mix self-repairs to withstand wear and tear. This mix contains root building nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Scotts® turf Builder™ grass seed high-traffic mix is designed for full sun and light shade and has low drought-resistance with high-durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For excellent results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 and 70 deg for air temperatures are between 60 and 80 deg F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 in tall.
