APOC 109 rain-proof wet/dry roof cement is an all weather cement especially adapted for wet surfaces in adverse conditions. APOC 109 is designed and formulated for the professional contractor and is manufactured with select asphalt, solvent and fibers to provide a long-lasting, durable patching compound. APOC 109 can be used to patch splits, cracks and seams in bonded gravel, mineral surfaced cap sheet and smooth surface asphalt roofs, as well as composition shingle roofs. It will seal areas around chimneys, vent pipes, gravel guards, down spouts, cracks in concrete and many other areas. For EPDM, TPO, PVC or other rubber/synthetic surfaces, use APOC Incredible® Fleece-Top® tape and seal with an APOC approved sealant. APOC 109 is also an excellent utility mastic for use below-grade in heavy-duty foundation waterproofing and damp proofing systems.
